curtis park

Curtis Park is one of Sacramento's original streetcar suburbs, and it still feels like one — a tight, walkable grid of Victorians, California bungalows and 1920s revival homes beneath an unusually heavy tree canopy, all oriented around the ten-block green of William Curtis Park. It's also the rare in-town neighborhood where you can choose between a 1915 bungalow and brand-new construction, thanks to Crocker Village on its southern edge. Downtown and Midtown are only minutes away.
